Laurence, Paul is running a half-hourly updated spectrum on Mike Smith's online receiver near Lynchburg http://46.4.26.83/sp8971_vlf35.png, and I'm trying to maintain a spectrogram from the same web stream http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26404526/vlf35.jpg . Dex' carrier seems to be on air, although it's harder to see as the noise has gone up quite a bit during US afternoon.
