Tuning the aerial was a good idea :-)

RX signal level did rise here again a few dB last night in relation to earlier this weekend.

Exact rise level depends on the window I use to measure.

1 - 4 dB

four weeks ago I retuned the aerial system to resonance. Today I had to do it agn.

the system was 150Hz down off resonance: the sap gets back up the stems!

Hello Uwe,

Later on the day (Saturday 1 March), your signal became stronger again. It was the propagation and season change. The angle of the sun comes higher above the horizon, and it looks like the signal level drops more at the middle of the day as it was in January. Befor I did not notice this day/night delta in signal level that much.

 

Again a mystery busted [?]  :-)
