I can see you very weak in my QRSS-10 window. Maybe you want to try QRSS-10? The signal may become readable then. Oh, maybe we can even try a QSO? :-)

Thanks for the decode - I think that you are my best DX so far!. I'm running about 100W RF out, giving me 1.2 A antenna current.
 
I've switched to QRSS3 beacon mode on 137.695 for a few hours. No other QRSS activity seen here this morning.
 
Back to WSPR-2 this evening.
