OK. I already assumed that it is MF ;-)

Well, at least i'm in email contact with him. We're discussing how to 
build a suitable PA for the band :-)
And we've already exchanged QSL cards by mail for the MF QSO some weeks 
ago.
Paul wants to participate even more in the high MF activity in west EU 
and thus tries to radiate a better signal...
