Joe seems to have started; signal became visible here shortly after 00:00 UTC in QRSS 10. Some static (QRN) here; aggressive noiseblanker setting (trigger level 10 dB above average) improves readability.

Good work on the TA. For those interested, NA will be on 477.7 kHz QRSS10 
again tonight.  Good clear sigs were seen at PA3FNY with QSB the past
2 nights.
