      I downloaded and ran the program and got the following:
Originate time from NTP : 2014-02-10 19:18:26.522
 Receive time from NTP   : 2014-02-10 19:18:22.179
 Transmit time from NTP  : 2014-02-10 19:18:22.179
 Round trip     : 0.026013 seconds
 Clock offset   : -4.355617 seconds
SetSytemTime refused to co-operate !

   I probably did something wrong!

After struggling with Meinberg's NTP software, and discovering that the windows 'Internet time' thing often let me down completely (without giving any info about the status or "success" / "failure"), I wrote my own 'ridiculously simple NTP client'.
It requires no installation, doesn't start any 'services' ... just a simple windows desktop application.
