Ah, ok.. maybe a file which belongs to Borland's runtime libraries.
I will check, there must be an option to use only statically linked
libs, which usually eliminates the DLL-terror.
Will upload the executable again later, maybe tomorrow. Quite late
already...

Hello Steinar and all,
I have uploaded the first, very preliminary version of the modfied WSQ
software to this website:
http://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/WSQ/
There are a couple of known bugs in it (for example, don't use the
dual-decoder mode because the two decoders seem to stomp on each others).
Already working:
- option to automatically switch from TX back to RX (if TX buffer has
been empty for a few seconds)
- option to analyse recorded audio files
- option to use a special DLL (audio-I/O-DLL) as a bridge between
Spectrum Lab (as pre-processor) and WSQ,
without the need for VAC or similar. Intention: Try several
noiseblanker / clipper settings, etc..
- sizeable main window
- automatic storage of the most important parameters between two
sessions (including window size+position)
Not working yet but already visible in the 'File' menu:
- option to log the received audio as wavefile, that's next on the
to-do-list)
It completely lacks any documentation yet, but the basic operation is
exactly as in the original software by ZL2AFP, upon whose sourcecodes my
modifications (available on the above site) are based.
All the best,
Wolf DL4YHF .
