Here I use V 1.5.1 also on two computers in the shack, and I have no decode
problem on LF and MF. One computer use Windows 7 and the other is using
Windows 8.1
Did you try to re-install the freeware ?

Has anyone got Opera V 1.5.1 to work on 137kHz? I installed it
yesterday, the settings transferred OK from V 1.5.0, and the
waterfall works fine, but I am getting no decodes, even from strong
stations.
Fortunately the SpecLab/OPDS system still produced decodes from
G9HUH, RN3AGC and seven transmissions from VO1NA between 0044 and
0709UTC.
