Hi Markus !

Your 3 intended signals were abt 30dB above noise, 1st sidebands at 471.8 and 475.8 were 10dB down, additional lines at 470.8 and 476.8 were 20 dB down from main signal, but still 10dB above noise here in JO53gv. No QSB visible at any line, sorri. Would be an interesting test. I will have a look at my SDR-recordings later.

Tobias,
many thanks for the report! Yes I expected those outer lines, but not
that someone would actually hear them... guess I will have to modify
the frequency scheme for future tests.
Did you happen to observe whether the three channels were affected by
different QSB patterns? On the Heidelberg grabber, they were clearly
different: whenever one frequency suffered a deep fade, at least one of
the others was going strong. But for larger distances and lower skywave
angles the delay spread will presumably be smaller, and 1 kHz
spacing may no longer be effective enough.
Back to "pure" single carrier mode now...
Best 73,
Markus (DF6NM)

Hi Markus !

Confirming, Three lines and two more lines, weaker(-10dB), at 475.8 and
471.8 kHz.
