ROS is  MFSK  and  requires   audio  to  rf   translation  , there  is support  for  SDR's  , these  are  listed  in the  software  , modulation  is  phase  continuous , suitable  for  class e/d   ..no  stability  requirements  as  system has  afc ..if there  is  'no'   rx  audio  , the  CQ beacon  timer  will  not  countdown  as  it  monitors  the  channel  for  activity  to  prevent  collisions  , needs  3 minutes of silence before transmitting.

The  full  Opera   system  requires   audio to  rf  translation  as  the  carrier  is  placed  in the  lowest  s/n   slot  at  each   rx/tx  changeover   , the  provision  of  a com-port   CW  drive  allows access  via  'cw  only'   systems ..... PIC   stand  alone  TX only  beacons  may also  be  used

ROS / Opera   are  free  running  , with  no  time lock  or  high  stability  requirements

73-G,

You will  find  the  Ros    and  Opera    'dial set usb'   qrg's  listed  in the  software  and  cat  linked to the   tx/rx  if applicable

ROS  MF  ,    467.000  USB  and  136.000 USB

ROS-MF   2/7   share the  same  audio  frequency of   1500 Hz   centre  tone  ,  modulation  is  +/-  50 Hz   [ may be  49 to  fit the  as was  100 Hz  b/w limit ]
software  can   auto  detect   2 / 7

 [ NB  , ROS-MF  supports   only  1  qso per  100 Hz channel , ROS-HF  supports multiple access to  1  channel ]

Opera   Dial   set    136.000  USB   and   477.000  USB

B/W   approx    2 Hz

Decoder pass  bands

477KHz    OP4   RF =       478.6<>478.8  KHz

477KHz     OP8    RF =     478.5  <> 478.6  KHz

136   Op32     = 137.500 <> 137.600    KHz

136    OP8    137.6 <> 137.7     KHz

Dear all

I'd like to try, JT9, WSQ, ROS, Opera etc but I can't seem to find a definitive list of dial frequencies / actual frequencies for all the modes in use. Has anyone put such a list together?
If not I'll assemble one from information received.

Thanks
