the central line in your QRSS spectrum has been visible here every single night in 438 uHz. Assuming a 6 dB "loss" due to 50% key-up, this would imply that a straight carrier with 1 watt 0.2 amps would be consistently detected.

Nice sigs indeed.  The TX output is 4 watts  0.4 amps.
