Tnx for this nice reports. Yes I had exactly 500 mW output (100 mA  and 5 V RMS mesured before transmitting in the 50 Ohms dummy load).
 
The antenna is an Inv L. Total wire length is 80 meters. I am in center of the city, but near of a large river, so good soil...
