New stations active in France on MF 472 – 479 kHz band.
The French ARCEP administration just gives 3 special individual licences
for transmitting on MF 472 -479 khz to the following stations :
a.. F4DTL Nicolas
b.. F5WK Michel
c.. F6CNI Andy.
Modes CW and digital using 1 Watt ERP, for 6 months licence.
F4DTL and F5WK will be active begining this evening on WSPR and JT9.
F6CNI has a problem with his transmitting antenna down in tempest. He is
trying to put a provisory poor antenna for first transmission test on CW
this evening around 472.5 kHz. His station will be 100 % OK in a few days.
