Good  run that  Bob !

1 dB inside  the  line and  9% fade ,

02:25 73 WG2XRS de DL-SWL Op65 -43 dB F:9% in nr Wolfsburg

And thanks  to  All  the  stations  who  set  up  to  monitor  the  event , when it  comes to  one off's  and  special  occasions  , the  Opera  user  group can be  relied  upon to  put  in a  good  show , and  there  would be  , and very nearly was , nothing  with  out the  Phantom of the Opera .. JR. .

As many  others ,I  left the  RX running  over  night  , but  nothing  showing ,

NOTE :: If the  other stations  run  Op then  they need  to alter the  call  sign  , as the  Op system will  reject  one of the  decodes  as  false , as long  as  there  is more than   100 mHz separation  the  Op decoder  will  cut them out ,

LF 73 band group;
Can always count on Hartmut Wolff to be in there, usually as last night first with plain OPERA.  Markus had multi decodes with OPDS65- as he is in a rough spot with loran artifacts forever present.
There were multi decodes from domestic stations as well using just OP65.
I don't think conditions were exceptional by any means and tonight may prove even better.  Reporting will improve as my call sign had too many characters and will be WG4XRS to fit the OPERA reporter format.
Thanks all and hope for more of the same tonight-Bob

A game of  Atlantic  ping-pong ,

Following  from the  successful crossing  by  Gary g4wgt , received  by Joe  vo1na  using  the  then new Opera 8 mode on 136 Khz, another  first followed last  night.

Congratulations to  Bob wg2xrs/4 and  Wolf   http://www.h-wolff.de/   for  making  the  reverse crossing USA > EU at the  first  attempt , using the  new  addition  to the Opera  modes  of OP65, specially added for the   75KHz  experimental  band.
