Hartmut,
you can upload your local wsprx database to wsprnet.org so
- rename all_wspr.txt to all_mept.txt (will be in same directory as WSPR.EXE)
- remove all unnecessary spots from all_mept.txt
- go to  http://wsprnet.org/olddb
- put your info in the fields Your callsign, Your grid, Location of ALL_MEPT.TXT
- click "Upload spots" button
