We do not have any administrative control of this
Group so you should unsubscribe yourself. This is an old system so I suggest you
send a pure text message (no RTF or HTML) to
put something in the subject.....it doesnt matter
what it is ignored but some text keeps the parser sybchrobnised
Then on the first line of the message in column one
(no leading spaces or tabs)
unsubscribe rsgb_lf_group
end
You must send this mail from the same address that
you joined with.
Hopefully that will do the job.
