Thanks John. The home system has been reasonably stable and i hope it stays that way. Also liking the cool weather here in South Texas ive dragged South.
I think condx are going to be a little depressed for a while up in Ak but looking on 136 eu and americas qrss "band" screens. wspr 15 /op32 on 136, 74 khz qrss 60, wspr 2 on 475, 30m wspr/30 - keeps the processors warm.
Laurence KL7L Remote ops /5 Laurence, Thank you for leaving your system running while on the road! Conditions here were absolutely amazing and I just don't recall the last time the band was that quiet. I am hoping for more success tonight and perhaps reception of the stronger stations in Europe will be possible going forward. As you know, I am a very long way from the Atlantic coast here in North Texas so no help is to be expected there. Local noise is often a large limiting factor...One of the hazards of suburban life, I suppose HI! Thanks again for your reports. Mobile safely! 73, John XIQ
Excellent John -
Just one wspr decode of you up in AK last night with generally moderately poor conditions at that geolat, also just int traces of Bob on 74k
