By the  qrg  , that  will  be  a  Opera  data  mode  transmission , which  will  run for   32 mins 
sending   256  data  bits  , using  on-off  keying , would  seem  Stefan is  sending  at the  moment
 
With a  change  of  qrg  , there  is  also a  OP8  version  used  on 136  ,
 
The  system is  web linked to the  PSK-Reporter  Map  , other  users  and  listed  in the  latest
ADIF as  Opera  data  and QSO mode

There is a very big signal on 137.560 in Stuttgart (Germany)
UDNRATNBTUNBRNB.....
 
The DK7FC-Grabber also shows this
anyboby knows something about this ??
