Hi Alan,
well all the 6 markers showing failed
to decode anything over the time round
1800 to 2400 local , the vk decodes took
place round dusk uk time , long before that
happened , Laurence made a decode just before me
but as you can see , all the decodes in
the evening seemed to be in a line from uk
to Moscow , I was sending every 8 mins during
this time along with others . vk3kcx
is putting up bigger Ae s for 160 next
, so far we have managed a decode on
all bands from 10 down to 80

well this is the usual problem .....no reports
doesnt necessarily mean no propagation!! you need "I listened and I didn't hear
it" as well. In unusual condition unusual events take place....the Dst
dropped to -70nT after midnight but I am not sure haw that affects 80m .....I'm
not old enough to work 80m yet :-))
