Hi Rik, MF !

Thank you for QSO. Succeeded at last. Had QSOs with IW4DXW, OR7T and DF2FF and was heard by F4DTL, F5WK and G6AVK (says PSK-Reporter).
Thank you to all stations !
This activity should be repeated in the near future.

Good night & 73 de dg3lv Tobias!

Hi Tobias,

I just installed the most recent version of WSJRT-X and I'm listing on 474.2
kHz dial / 1380 Hz audio.

Hi Rik !

Sven and me had been working on 1380 Hertz Audio and the standard
474.200 kHz Dial. The Idea behind was, that there might be some Hams
around seeing a signal just below the WSPR passband and beeing curious
enough to explore whats going on there. Just to raise some more stations
to join in.

Hello Tobias,

what frequency do you use for JT9?

Hi Rik !

A second station will be Sven DF2FF, we have just done some tests with
the new version of WSJT-X and had some QSOs. He is using a Softrock
RxTx6.2 as I do.
After 20:00h UTC conditions might be good enough to try some QSOs?

Hi Tobias,

I don't have a specific day/hour in mind. Let's see if there is some more
response.
About "linear operation": I assume that you refer to frequency conversion. The
amplifiers do not have to be linear for JT2 (and WSPR). In fact I do use a class D
push-pull PA.

Hi Rik !

Yes, would be nice to have some QSOs again. At what time did you intend
to begin trying a QSO?

There should be a couple of stations around, which are capable of linear
operation.

Just updated my WSJT-X installation with
latest version of WSJT-X (dated 4.October 2013):

Dear all,

there is a lot of WSPR activity on 475kHz recently.

Checking wsprnet.org I noticed that I copied 34 stations and was copied
by 67 stations. 25 of these were copied by me and copied me, so
potential QSO partners in JT9-2 mode.

Anyone interested in some JT9 tests ?

It would be nice to make some QSO's in this mode.
