here's how I've ticked the boxes in SpecLab to align all timestamps to UTC:
Local time (CEST) is currently 2 hours ahead of UTC.

looks good! I'm glad to see you managed to tame the Opera deep search software ;-) Compared to my detections, the frequencies on your RX tend to be shown 9.93 Hz too high. If you want, you could adjust it either in SpecLab's FFT center frequency setting, or edit the fc= line in opds.ini.
 
Thank you also for running the nice TA and Eu grabber windows! There is a 3 hour discrepancy between the timestamps in the screenshot and the time ticks at the bottom. Others seem to be experiencing this problem as well, so it may be an issue with SpecLab's local time versus UT setting, although it is working correctly here with v2.79b04.
