Hasn't anyone still got their copy of the TI  'TTL Data Book'?  Absolutely the bible on such things back in the 70s/80s - I've still got mine (plus supplements) - and in hardback too! TI knew how engineers mistreat their books…….   Still need it due to boxes of 'spare' TTL waiting for a project. Of course, everyone uses FPGAs now :-(
