By  luck, the  last  working  version  of  Opera  with  15 chrs plain text  entry  has been  found  alive  and  still  working and can be  downloaded  from  :- 

 

 

Ignore  any  up-grade  flag's  its possible this  will  not decode  the  latest beacon-only  version , but  will  decoded QSO<>QSO

 

For those who  missed  this  first  time  around , the  QSO mode  allowed 15 chrs  plain  text to  be  sent in 2 mins  at a fixed  -20 dB s/n (no web link or time requirements)
