OK so far. You want to say that a a CW QSO would be possible with Bob? A CW QSO by using a 10 Hz BW CW filter? Sounds terrible i guess ;-) For me there is no chance since i'm farer from the sea and i assume to have more QRM here (?). Furthermore my signal is to weak, on MF. I guess i would need another 6 dB here.
