The frequency might suggest a Russian Loran line on 137787.5 as another possible explanation for the extra line with 0.1 Hz offset. Looking at your screenshot it indeed seems that the line continues between the ANA cw signs, which would rule out a Doppler shifted reflection. It is still remarkable how both lines along with the qrn background increase their intensity between 3:30 and 4:45 UT.

thank you for posting the frequency. After I increase the frequency
range of the grabber there is a weak trace on 137787.6.
