SM6BGP excellent cq signal on CW bottom end of band, but he can't hear my 25W RF reply.

Trying out a different mode today.
 
ASCII-7, 45 baud, 23 Hz shift.
 
If this can be copied I would like a report via LF or direct or QSO reply.
 
Frequency 478.300 kHz centre.
