Hello all There is a CEPT ERC Report 25 at: http://www.erodocdb.dk/Docs/doc98/official/pdf/ERCREP025.PDFYou will notice that radio now starts with 8.3kHz, and not 9kHz like in the previous documents, so probably the dreamer band will have to move to 700Hz down. Also this may be relevant: 5.54 Administrations conducting scientific research using frequencies below 8.3 kHz are urged to advise other administrations that may be concerned in order that such research may be afforded all practicable protection from harmful interference.
