Just spotted  this  on the   digital-yahoo   group  

 

Hiding in the  list is  - Bandplan for the 630m band

Didn't  take long  , problem is  , for  some  this will  be  part of there  licence   regulation's

Digital modes are among the topics to be discussed at the IARU Region 1 2013
Interim Meeting in Vienna April 20-21.

Among the papers are:
