I did some research regarding that FSK
shift.
My VLF reference went QRT for 3 hours.
My reference in Spectrum Lab (SR cal) frequency error
compensation/calibration.
See here below at A.
That is why the equipment at my side did show
shift.

I notice shift at DJ8WX his signal.
It did suddenly shift 0.001 Hz down :D
