Thanks for the capture of XNS. You know condx are favorable when 'amateur' signals show up on the wideband grabber!
 
The UNID station is WD2XGJ in Wayland MA. Warren runs a transmitting loop antenna which has a pronounced null in your direction ... thus the relatively weak trace.
