Thanks for the report.

Yes, i should have started to TX before the shock ice came in the afternoon. It would have been interesting to see if transmitting helps to prevent that the isolators are covered with ice. And if not, it would have been interesting to see how the breakdown happens :-)
At least the PA system seems to be quite robust. A class E PA would have been blown up!

I will make some photos soon...

Stefan, I think you need more power to prevent ice layer on your antenna :o)

Your signal were 25 -30 dB down comparing the night before.
