If you cannot hear them you cannot work them, a good RX is essential at all
times.
A large TX in BROADCAST or BEACON mode causes interference to others a GOOD
RX DOES NOT
A while back I was working an Italian stn on 500 Khz when an Amateur Beacon
started up and almost wiped out the QSO. The Beacon Operator either had no
RX on the frequency or did not check for acty before transmitting. This has
happened several times, especially on MF
I often can hear a number of stns calling CQ on MF normally German stns but
they cannot hear each other but I can hear them all. I assume there is a RX
problem.
Alligators are not popular on Amateur Radio frequencies, especially the
Beacon type

Why sorry? I like to be a crocodile. I have no problem about that :-)
There is nothing negative about that. It is the same as having a good RX
system and a poor TX system, which applies for much more of the stations
available ;-)
