Interesting! This is a good signal for 50W RF power. He must have a good antenna, suitable for a QSO if some QRO is possible.

unfortunately my posts do not go in the [email protected] :-(

Now my signal on your grabber on abt 137777,5.
PA and DDS are now in the open air courtyard :-) as my PA in UA9OC DXpedition in 2003
...but not stability - SRI
...and not PC - only ON and OFF :-(
I hope to do everything for the next few days
Antenna is semiLoop (???) 200m long and pwr abt 50W Output only !!!
More detail will be later...
SRI for the non-standard work on 136 !
