Louis is one of the "green guys" fancy to work with old army material. The transmitter he is using, was used in the Lancaster during WW2, the T-1154. Output about 80W but has characteristic drift of a "few" Hertz. For some enoying to listen for others its perfect to have such a CW signal, very distinctive against all those stable carriers. Knowing the age of this TX and the simple set-up, one must admit that CW is still unbeatable in enjoyment.
