Hello Wolf,

 

9H9ES is QRV on 500kHz so it is most likely a true spot.

I worked Fortunato last year with very good signal. His "regular" call is 9H1ES.

GE all,

First thought an older spot was the usual mistake in the dx cluster, where people leave away the Megahertz-digits, and only enter the fractional part (resulting in 500 instead of 28500 kHz). But this spot must be real, just seen on dxsummit :
