It seems to be that idle mode is most important for some radio services. Whether the frequ. are exact I do not know, I think my rx RFT  EKD300 with TCXO should gibe exact reading of frequ. . We wioll use the gaps in the stick fence in the MF band .

on 437,03 kHz I heard a sig keying bia in cw abt 60 ch/min on 28.11.2012 at 2105z.
Who is it?
