Years ago this was the norm but BOTH WAYS. It gets very repeative after a
while. Have you tried a QSO at a reasonable speed of QRS 3 - 10.
I found QRS 3 - 10 was workable and QRS 60 - 600 was not necessary
I also find I can get into 4X4 and UA4/6 at QRS 3 and normal CW. My aim is
to work DX at normal speeds that takes minutes and not DAYS
I do not bother at present but will be looking out for DX later on in the
year, South America looks promising
