I can see him in OP8 RX. But why OP8? Seems he likes challenges :-)
Is he just running the program and PC or does he meanwhile own a serious RX
system? It would be useful to have some impressions about his RX site, e.g.
a DCF plot, just to see if there is a chance at all.
I would give it a try in OP32... Can you invite him to this group?

receive DCF-39, at which SNR in 1 Hz BW?

Letter just back from George , DU1GM , still re hashing the PC after a
near miss lightning strike reconfigured it for him.,
Has completed a copy of PA0 mini-whip and hopes to be monitoring
136 very soon
