LF: Bird thru line derating at MF and LF ?

I know back in the mists of time the derating of the 2-30MHz 500W and 1Kw Bird 43 thruline inserts at both 500 and 137 was discussed but I cant see whether any one gave a response on the reduction in sens - ie when it shows 100W on 137kHz using the 500W 2-30MHz Bird inserts its actually...etc
