But  at  +2  , that's  30 dB  over the  lower  decode  limit ! 
but  if the  band is  very poor , then  that's  ok  as  better
to test in  poor  condx !

Now receiving DK7FC OP8 with S 9 + 5 dB on S meter, but only + 2 S/N db OPERA report?

 

The noise band is high to night with S 8 on S meter.
