Calling over 502 would take CW
clear of beacons etc that are
now located at the lower end of the band
. 502.5 would be a better idea as the
top section is not used these days ,
used to be the happy hunting ground of
the QRS beacons

Not optimal because IQ2MI is on 501.3 here and much
stronger!
I will take a look on the band and am calling on 476.5
kHz.
