Amtor FEC  for  navtext on  518 ?   not  used  2  way on 500 ?
 
ARQ for  hf , but  with  modern  DSP , these modes are very dependant on Ae  amps , compared to  invisible  Ros  !

Amtor as well as CW has traditionally been associated with marine communications. Amtor standard 170hz shift would be ideal for the new band. Get your PK232  and KAM tnc's out and ready.
