LF: 8969.98Hz signal?

Hi All,

 

I appear to be seeing a very weak & broken signal on my grabber at 8969.98Hz.

 

It shows from the re-start of the grabber yesterday morning when Windows7 carried out an update which crashed my anti-virus & internet security program by opening & starting up the "Windows Defender" system & forcing me to restart the PC.

 

There has not been any mention of anyone transmitting here recently so I wonder if it is a signal or just something that looks that way?
