Last year I was able to
see,hear(!) and decode several UK WSPR
stations with ERPs in the mW
range (and US stations,too).
But that was much later in the
evening ,when the complete path
was in the dark,say 2000z or
later.

Here ist is around S5,
10-12dB over noise
on a K9AY as well as on a
2x156m dipole.
