To All
German experimentel stations with DI-callsign on 505.1KHz +/-100Hz are now allowed to make duplex-qso's with amateur-radio stations on any amateur radio frequency and with other stations holding an experimental licence.
(Info from Holger, DK8KW, who today talked with our licence authority)
