Thanks Alan and all - Its impressive - unless somethings gone askew are looking at least 25dB additional loss on this path at the moment - the carrier is just (just) visble at 2300z noise levels (my daylight) Its one of those times when you check all your connections and if your still scratching your head it can be put down to a PCA... :-)

Hi Laurance, well the proton event was quite a big one. Also the M8 flare at 1800z started another one.....the last had not yet quite dropped below thw 10MeV level. I reckon you have anothe week to 10 days of PCA :-((

Can anyone confirm that DHo38 is on at at 1908Z - Im not seeing it here and wondering if its just propagation at this time...
 
The VLF loop was replaced this morning - rather unpleasant wind and drifting snow.
