A slight mis-understanding..... The mode will be Opera not ROS as I wrote. All details the same except the mode is Opera :-
 
Bob WE2XGR/6 NY (U.S. Experimental Station) will be running test transmissions using Opera data mode tonight. Start time is 2330utc continuing through the night. Bob will start with Opera Op8, then if conditions warrant go to Op4.
 
Frequency will be 495kHz USB dial.
 
Please tune in.
