Ill be leaving Alaska tonight and looking forward (not) to the balmy (in more ways than one) climes of Oklahoma - just watch the Mercury will plummet now..
Not been able to do everything I wanted outside as its just too unpleasant - temps around -30C at midday make for cool fingers. I have made some station improvements but a lot require me to be here to implement - still we shall see - I do need some advice on using the SDR in I/Q format for very narrow sssllllllooooww settings with SL Lab -
Im still looking over captures with my bleary eyes but spied some QRSS on around 136.171 or so last night. Stefan - too much Moose traffic for the Beverage - we appear to be a haven for wayward soles at the moment - and snow depth over 1,2m makes it very difficult - I did shove up a small active device to compare against the large directional loop arrays, and again Ill be playing with those remotely. Nice predawn opening on LF over the pole this morning around about now but still not good enough for our EMRP's and my s/n.
