Thanks for running the beacon Jim , yes the op32 is designed for
Dx, we did test op64 , but the frequency tolerance and time where
perhaps too excessive, interesting decodes to day from rv3amp , not sure
what power / erp was used..

The next (ish) version should have 2 com port selection ,
1, com-port tx/rx
2,com-port Data c/w drive

This will enable CW key drive to be used , with transverter based
MF or VHF stations , holding tx while the sequence is keyed.

Subject: LF: M0BMU Opera Beacon

Dear LF Group,

Thanks for the reports on the beacon overnight and today. I closed down at about 1458utc.

I think the "Op32" mode would be more appropriate for a long-haul DX test - I could run the beacon tonight in that mode if anyone is interested?

Cheers, Jim Moritz
