Its  possible  some  are  using  old  versions , 
 
 am  still  tuned to  503 , but  no  decode yet
 
what  power is  the  beacon ?

are there some false decodes?
XI4AIB in France? Maybe.
But who knows 1Y9ZK - not me ?
BTW I am happy for the first decode of DI2AN on OPERA15.
